His broad areas of expertise include new business development, contract negotiations, retail merchandising, corporate partnerships, management and marketing strategy. Currently, David is a private investor and advisor to companies in the consumer products, multi-family technology and luxury building materials industries. Throughout his executive career, David has held leadership positions at CMQ Floor Covering, The Home Depot At-Home Services and Toll Brothers, Inc. At CMQ, he was an owner/operator responsible for building a small flooring installation and carpet cleaning company into a regional (PA, NJ, DE) powerhouse, selling it after ten years to RediCarpet, the largest multifamily flooring provider in the industry. David earned his B.A. from Boston University and an M.B.A. from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.

He spent the majority of his career working for HR & Benefits Consulting firm. His particular areas of specialty were Defined Benefit and Group Benefits Administration for large organizations. As a Towers Perrin Principal, he held leadership roles in Strategy Formulation, Systems Implementation etc. He retired after working for 25 years and co-founded a real estate development firm that focused primarily on ground-up development of single-family homes and condominiums.

Russell Secter
